These terms of service govern your use of Creator Embassy, a two sided creator and brand marketplace operated by [Legal entity name]. They cover the waitlist, the public marketing pages and the authenticated marketplace.

Agreement to these terms
These terms of service form an agreement between you and [Legal entity name], a Delaware company with a registered address at [Registered address]. These terms are effective as of [Effective date]. By using Creator Embassy, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or running a campaign, you accept these terms.
The marketplace
Creator Embassy is a two sided venue that connects creators and brands. We provide the tools that let the two sides find each other, plan campaigns, fund work, deliver content and rate each other. We are not a party to the agreements a creator and a brand make with each other, and we are not responsible for the content of those agreements.
Who can use Creator Embassy
You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live and you must have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Accounts use our sign in provider Clerk. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign in details safe.
Waitlist and early access
Before general launch, access to Creator Embassy runs through the waitlist. Joining the waitlist collects an email address and the audience you pick. Invitations go out in waves. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
Campaigns, funding and payments
Campaigns on Creator Embassy are funded before creators see them. Approved work pays out. Creators never pay fees. Brands fund campaigns as they run them. Pricing for hosting large creator rosters is set out in the invite. Payment processing runs through Stripe Connect, and the Stripe terms of service and the Stripe privacy policy govern the payment services.
Acceptable use
When you use Creator Embassy you agree not to use it in unlawful ways, to harass others, to infringe intellectual property, to scrape the service without permission, to spam other users, to misrepresent sales or audience data, or to interfere with the service.
Content and licences
Creators keep ownership of the content they publish on Creator Embassy. The licence a creator grants a brand is the licence the campaign brief agrees. You grant us the limited licence we need to host and display the content you publish so the service can run. Media kit numbers must be truthful. We may remove content or close accounts that break this rule.
Ratings and accountability
Creators and brands rate each other on Creator Embassy. Ratings must be honest and based on real work. Manipulation of ratings is not allowed and may lead to suspension or closure of the account.
Communications through the service
Chat on Creator Embassy runs through our chat provider Stream. The product caps how often a brand can reach a creator so the channel stays useful. Harassment is not allowed and may lead to suspension or closure of the account.
Availability and changes
Creator Embassy is in pre launch. We may change, pause or stop features as the service grows. We aim to give reasonable notice when a change affects active campaigns or payouts.
Disclaimers
Creator Embassy is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim every warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Legal entity name] and its officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of Creator Embassy.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold [Legal entity name] and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these terms or your use of Creator Embassy.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if the service is shut down. You may stop using Creator Embassy at any time. Records the law requires us to keep will be retained for the period the law requires.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or to your use of Creator Embassy will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on Creator Embassy with a new [Effective date]. The most recent version is the one that applies to your use of the service.
